Where can I buy the book?
The special edition of Cathy is only available to-order from this website. To order, complete the form on the order page. The book will be available to order for a limited period only and we highly recommend placing your order before 22 September to avoid disappointment.
A standard edition, consisting of the book alone in a slipcase, will be published in November 2014. It will be available from high street and internet retailers.
When will I receive my copy of the book?
Books ordered by 22 September will be dispatched in November 2014. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. UK and Europe orders will be delivered via DPD and orders from outside Europe will be delivered by UPS.
How will the book be delivered?
The book will be delivered by DPD in the UK and Europe, UPS in the rest of the world.
DPD – packages will be delivered by DPD’s Predict service. You will receive a text message with a delivery date and estimated time once the package is with DPD. DPD’s industry-leading Predict service provides parcel recipients with a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don’t have to wait in all day.
UPS – delivery will be made in accordance with UPS’s arrangements local to your country.
Who am I buying the book from?
Cathy by John Carder Bush is published by Sphere, an imprint of Little, Brown Book Group. Little, Brown is a publisher within Hachette UK. Orders are fulfilled by LBS, a Hachette UK company, and will be delivered by DPD or UPS.
What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

You will be charged the cost of the book(s) in a single payment, as soon as you place your order.
